Dislike: Nothing at all

It took more than an hour and a half to get an automatic car at Antalya Airport. The initial arrangements were not well-organized.

Enterprise tried offering us a different vehicle to the one we originally booked. PLEASE do not book with this company. Not only that, when we returned the car, we were told it was perfectly fine and we would get 100% of our deposit back. This didn't happen. We only received 75% of the deposit back. Staff are extremely rude and they take advantage of foreigners. Also they provided a baby car seat for our 4 month old daughter that was supposed to be for 1 year plus babies. My wife had to hold our daughter on long trips which was incredibly unsafe. Genuinely never been so angry with a car rental company.

I had already purchased full insurance, but they kept recommending an additional ten-euro-per-day insurance. They also suggested upgrading the car model, which I accepted. The car was an older model but in good condition and quite new.

The attitude was good, but the location is too hard to find. Please stop drawing maps if you can't do it right.

The service was enthusiastic. Despite the language barrier, we managed to understand each other with gestures. Haha.

Satisfied with the on-site service, reasonable and justified

They obviously had the Mercedes we wanted to rent but gave us a Peugeot instead, claiming it was the same type of car.

Overall, it went smoothly, but there were two issues. First, we couldn't understand the directions given by the staff for the pickup location, and they were unwilling to assist us, making it hard to find the pickup spot. Second, the invoice sent was in Turkish (probably) and not in English, making it unreadable.

The insurance upsell was actually fine, but the biggest issue was the wrong return address. We were told at pick-up that it was at T2, so we went there early and searched for a long time only to find the counter was closed. After calling, we found out it was at T1. Paying for parking was a minor issue; the main problem was going through security, finding the counter, and making calls, which took us half an hour. Fortunately, we arrived early; otherwise, we would have missed our flight. When we complained to the staff, they were indifferent and simply said it was wrong, which was really frustrating!
