Like: I got a differernt car than I reserved, but it was excellent. The people were very friendly. Dislike: I did not like paying for a taxi to take us to the other lot. Why cant Enterprise run a shuttle to the lot or pay for the taxi fee?
Like: Everything!!! How kind everyone was, how fast everything got done, how professional they were, etc. Dislike: I didn't like that I had to head out of town. LOL.
Like: We usually drive to Bar Harbor, but decided to fly to Bangor and rent a car to visit Acadia. Everything thing on the trip was flawless. The pick up and drop off was a bit limited by Enterprise as they have 1 van and are off site, but they made up with SERVICE. The price was right, the weather was great. Very good trip. Dislike: Not much
