      Some staff at the rental company had an average attitude, while others were okay. The car's condition was average. At first, they upgraded us to a larger vehicle, which we thought was a nice bonus, but it turned out the larger car was hard to drive and had frequent issues. The parking sensor in 'P' mode was broken, making it hard to park properly at one point. We reluctantly drove over two hours to exchange the car. During the exchange, we spent a long time negotiating back and forth, and the replacement car immediately showed an engine oil replacement warning. We had to spend another half a day dealing with that, which was very exhausting.

      It was okay, I'm used to Hertz, so their car models are generally reliable, but this time the car was the worst I've ever used. When picking up the car, I noticed multiple scratches on the body and a barely noticeable dent near the trunk. During the last two days, it seemed like the tire was leaking air, and the tire pressure warning kept activating. I contacted QEEQ but didn't get a clear or satisfactory response. Fortunately, the leak wasn't severe, so I managed for two days. When returning the car, the leaking tire still had more than half of its pressure left.

      Queueing to pick up the car at noon took over an hour. The longest lines were at Dollar/Thrifty, followed by Avis/Budget. The prices weren't cheaper than Hertz, but the lines were much longer. The adjustment for the driver's seat forward and backward was broken, but luckily the height adjustment worked as a workaround. Changing the car would require waiting.

The official who took care of us upon arrival was very unpleasant, we could hardly understand what he was saying and he heard songs in Arabic with a strong volume which made it even more difficult to understand him.       When I came to pick up the car, there was no car available. Dollar couldn't say if or when we could get a car. Dollar did not offer any kind of help, and if we didn't have family living one your away from the airport that could come to pick us up, we wouldn't have any other choice than to stay in a hotel at our own expence. Dollar refused to send me a message when a car would come. The next day we got help to come back to the airport to get a car, and then we actually got one. However, Dollar refused to deduct 1 day from rent, and also charged 15 dollars for toll passings even though we didn't have any car the first day. I've never experienced worse service than that.

      Overall, the process of renting and returning the car was convenient. The car, with 6000 miles on it, was okay. The original exterior had some wear and tear, but no one checked during pickup.       The Payless counter is hidden withinh the Avis desk. I walked the area 2x before I found someone that told me that. Then, The car I received was not in its spot. I had to go all the back to counter and start the process over. it set me back a good 30-60 minutes ☹️

      Hello, This is in regard to the above booking reference that I reserved for last week in Boston. Upon arrival at Logan Airport and standing at the Payless counter, I was told that the "Jeep Grand Cherokee" wasn't avalible & I had to settle for something comparable which I understand 100%. I was then given a Chevy Equinox which is an entry level SUV not a mid size SUV like I had requested, I complained to the agent to no avail. In the auto/rental car industry "Comparable" with the Jeep Grand Cherokee should be something like a Ford Explore, Chevrolet Traverse or a Pathfinder... not a Equinox. I am a big guy (5'11 300 lb) I don't mind driving the Equinox but I wanted something more roomy and thats why I chose the Jeep and paid $469.95. I asked for some sort of a discount at the counter but it seems that I was speaking with a Robot without any customer service skills. In todays Social Media World (Big Fan) every rental car company should pick it up a notch and stay competitive with the Avis's of the world.       Yes, the car exceeded my expectations. Great on gas and stress-free. When I picked it up is was a bit dirty on the outside. overall, it was a great car. Finding the Advantage counter to pick up the car was a bit of a struggle as the signage is really small compared to the other counters.

      The pick-up station was difficult to find. I spent an 1:40 waiting to get my rental. It was a KIA instead of a Toyota Camry. Even though I paid in advance, I was charged the initial booking fee plus the additions (fuel fill, EZ Pass), plus a $200 deposit. The email provided after turn-in showed 672 miles and 1/4 tank of gas. That is pretty amazing gas mileage as I did not put any fuel into the car.

      I was disappointed in the condition of the car. The fuel was only 7/8 full and it was diesel. I was not told it was a diesel car at check in and might have rejected it because of the difficulty finding diesel fuel. The tire inflation light was on when I got the car and I had to take it to be filled and reset the sensors. Finally, there was trash in the trunk. I rent a car because I do not want to maintain it. My experience with EZ rent was excellent, but this car was not ready to be released.
