They sold me insurance I never needed or asked for. They called it deposit but never paid the money back. I have private insurance. The affirmed They will pay the money back after dropping off the car. In front of witnesses. It’s a fraud.

GoldCar is a FRAUD. I said clearly I am not interested in buying extra insurance. they took money from my credit card without my consent for insurance I never wanted. they do not even answer my emails. I will report it to police ASAP.

Car was in a different terminal than where I landed....Europcar was kind enough to bring it to where I was. Though the car was in a usable but damaged condition at various places. They were kind enough to note the same on the contract but I expected to get a car in good condition.

It's relatively expensive...but otherwise smooth.

The seller Fooled us by saying if you take the full insurance you pay 108 but basic insurance you pay 48 . But in the end I paid both ! No one helped me with that but I’ll make sure of speeding my experience to everyone I know ! This was SCAM

Record Car has too many hidden prices and honestly, I know Flex/Full policy means you pay the fuel tank in advance, but in my opinion they charge too much.

Provided you are fully aware of their conditions and carfully read their contracts and check the vehicles, Goldcar never lets you down

some scratches here and there but they are usually marked, double check and make sure everything is fine and you will be ok, Goldcar is a good company

I was charged 29 Euros at the pick-up desk for "Service Charge" as they called it, which is never mentioned in my booking & never happened in any other car rentals as I've been a world traveler for years & frequently renting cars more than taking buses or taxis & I absolutely don't feel right for them to do it to me nor any of their clients unless it's agreed upon prior to any transactions. Easyrentcars should step in a reclaim the funds on behalf. Thanks!

The rental company colluded with thieves and did not warn renters in advance, leading to tires being slashed and everything stolen within just 30 minutes by gangsters who slashed the tires twice! When we returned to the store for help, they only shirked responsibility and said the rental platform should be accountable. Absolutely disheartening. Trash Hertz knew their cars have rental company logos, attracting thieves, yet did nothing to prevent it. They pushed all the responsibility away when incidents occurred. Don't choose Hertz.

The wait to pick up was extremely long despite there being many staff members working at the time and not very many clients.

It was not clear during the booking process that there would be a mandatory 28 euro fee for refilling the petrol tank, even if we returned the car will full gas.

Will never ever rent car again from this company. Didn't answer phone, poor description of pick up location. No sign no info other than couple of line in booking confirmation that was not even good English. I will not recommend it too anyone and write my objective review online as well

No full check up of vehicle before handover. Car was dirty and full of scratches and delivery person was rude to clean up. Finally with lots of arguments vehicle was changed which was good. Again no time given to inspect vehicle and person on duty was not interested to mark damage. Also he wrongly mark shelf in car which was not there. On returning person mark damage on Tire but same was not ask to check on handing over time. Since full coverage was there which safeguard for charges due to negligence of Hartz team. It is absolutely ridiculous to ask a foreigner to submit a Spanish credit card. I was not the only one to be rejected because of this reason. Absolutely disgusting

I would never use Centauro again. the price I paid was 10x the price I booked when I got done getting charged for "insurance" that I was not allowed to decline (even though my credit card insures my rental). I was charged numerous other fees and then had to argue when i returned the car over whether the tank was 75% or 70% full.

The car rental company charged excessive repair fees, ten times the normal amount. A complaint has been filed.

Car was dirty inside and out.

We picked up the car in the city and rented a BMW X1. Within just half an hour, we saw two BMW X1s being rented out. Not many people were there, and the service was very friendly. They explained the rental process in detail, very convenient, and they didn't push insurance sales. (But at least you need to understand some English for better communication)
