The front desk is full of traps. I clearly stated that I didn't need extra insurance or additional services, and they kept saying 'no, no, no, no, no,' but in the end, they still selected the option for me to return the car without a full tank.
The rental company did not inform me and directly applied the Gas SVC option clause. I returned the car with a full tank of gas, but they still charged me $96.29. Additionally, the pick-up process took a very long time, leaving many customers dissatisfied and arguing with the staff. I do not recommend choosing Avis.
There was no Sienna available, only Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid with CarPlay. The vehicle's performance was good and easy to drive. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, with dedicated shuttle services between the rental location and the airport.
I have booked several times and always felt the cars provided by the rental company were quite old. During pickup, they insisted on adding an insurance worth over 140 yuan, which could not be carried out according to the original order. The staff at the store said it was mandatory, using the words 'have to.' Moreover, the car I received was very old, full of damage, and was a beat-up vehicle with 50,000 kilometers on it.

The initial car was not as good as expected - it had a few minor dents, some scratches and marks on the outside. The cabin and interior was however clean and the vehicle drove well. There was a bit of wait- time at the location due to customer volume. However, the staff were courteous and helpful. The uploaded pictures show the first vehicle and the second one we changed.

It was a great booking platform. I did have initial concerns of the authenticity and integrity of the platform, but it all worked out very well. The option I chose included all the relevant insurance coverage as well as local costs for rental in California. This made the booking so much more convenient and I did not have to pay any extra fees. I was however billed an extra $23 for what was described as 'non-pkg' costs. These costs were not detailed in the final statement. QEEQ is really a good booking platform which I will definitely use for future travels.
