Picking up the car at Langkawi Airport was very convenient. Although I arrived at Langkawi in the early morning, the rental company's staff were very polite. I extended the rental by three days simply by calling QEEQ's customer service for confirmation, which was very professional and convenient. Returning the car was also very quick, just at the designated spot at Langkawi Airport, and the deposit was refunded on the spot.

I truly appreciated the warm one-on-one service. Even though there's no counter at the airport, two staff members delivered the car directly to the airport, which was very thoughtful. After confirming whether I had purchased QEEQ insurance, they didn't push any additional insurance, which was clear and straightforward. They also informed me that if any accidents occurred in the city, I could call them for free assistance, although I didn't need this service. The car was new, and after we returned it, the staff even took us directly to a shopping mall, saving us the hassle of taking a shuttle bus.

The vehicle was very old and the handover process was not handled carefully. The fuel light was on before we even set off, so we had to refuel immediately. When returning the car, the staff insisted we acknowledge minor body scratches and demanded compensation.

The car rental service had a good attitude, but their service awareness needs improvement, such as returning the car with a full tank.

We picked up the car at KLIA1, the process was smooth and the paperwork was simple. The two young men provided enthusiastic and attentive service. When returning the car, we asked if we could return it at KLIA2, and they gladly agreed and waited for us at the departure hall. Excellent service!

There was a staff member to greet us right after landing, we signed the rental agreement and got the car, the entire process took about fifteen minutes.

Convenient and quick. Easy car pickup at the airport. Staff proactively communicated via SMS to inform me of the pickup location.

It was okay, but it was lacking a navigation system.

The agent was late when I was returning the car.

No need to enter the store, pick up the car directly at the airport. However, the car was a bit old. The battery also ran out, but a kind local helped us out.

There is no office, picking up and dropping off the car feels like a spy meeting.

Like: On the last day discovered the car had a dent at the back. Contacted the company and explained. They don't give ridiculous price for repair. Jus a small fee upon returning of vehicle. Overall experience excellent.

Like: They are very helpful. I had a flat tire and they came immediately to fix it
