The staff's attitude was very good. Since there were no male companions, the staff helped to put the luggage during the car inspection.

There are plenty of cars available, the service is excellent, and returning the car is convenient.

Rented two cars, but when it was our turn at the store, the staff processed one car and then left us saying his shift was over! After unsuccessful negotiations, we had to switch to another staff member. We had reserved the car for 11 AM, but when we went to pick up the second car in the afternoon around 2 PM, it wasn't ready. They said it had just been returned and was being inspected! We had to wait for almost two hours with multiple promises of 'in half an hour' or 'in fifteen minutes.' It was very frustrating! However, the return process was quick.

They didn't explain the basic functions of the car during handover; didn't specify the type of fuel to use; also didn't provide specific details on the return location.

No Chinese service, dislike renting through a third party, impatient customer service.

The return process in Edmonton was very good, but the pickup service in Calgary was not. It was entirely in English, and even though they saw I was Chinese, they didn't slow down their speech. The person tried to sell me insurance, and when I didn't buy it, he became unhappy, just tossed the keys to me and told me to find the car myself. I wasn't familiar with some of the car's details and switches, but they didn't come over to help even after I asked several times. They also suggested I upgrade to an SUV.

They still tried to sell insurance, and we eventually bought it because we were unfamiliar with the area. No Chinese service was available.

The experience was okay, they asked if I wanted insurance, saying it would be risky without it. But I already bought insurance from the intermediary website. I guess the information between the two sides wasn't communicated. The intermediary sites probably make money from insurance. I've heard that insurance bought directly from the rental company is more effective and reliable if there's an accident, so next time I won't buy insurance from an intermediary site.

The service was quick and professional, and they reminded me of several important things.

I have rented cars from Hertz in many places, but the experience at the Vancouver airport was quite poor. They kept pushing additional insurance even though I emphasized multiple times that I had already purchased full coverage. They insisted that towing fees were not included, and so on.

Long waiting time for car pickup

The store is located inside the castle hotel by Lake Louise. If you're unsure, just ask the staff. The car was a Hyundai compact, but it comfortably fit four average-sized adults. The roads around Lake Louise, including to Emerald Lake and Moraine Lake, are in good condition. Renting a small car like this for touring around is actually very nice. The staff saw that my order already included full insurance, so they didn't try to sell us any additional insurance.

The car was new and in great condition, service was very efficient, everything was quite satisfactory.

The service at the store was mediocre, and there were no clear signs at the pickup and drop-off points. There was no one to guide us at pickup, and the instructions were unclear. It took a quarter of an hour just to find the parking place. The drop-off location was even more ridiculous; Google Maps navigated us to a field. In the airport, Google Maps and the car's navigation system gave different directions, with the car's system leading us further away. We eventually found the Hertz parking lot by following Google Maps to another rental company's parking area and asking for directions. It's unclear why there were no signs. Being unfamiliar with the area, we were anxious and stressed while trying to find the location.

I rented an SUV Jeep Grand Cherokee, but they provided a Dodge Journey. Since I'm not very familiar with this model, I didn't realize these two vehicles are not on the same level; their prices differ greatly. The store is suspected of fraud.

There was no Chinese service provided, which made communication a bit inconvenient. Other aspects were quite acceptable.

They tried to upsell additional services. The order stated I should pay 168 CAD, but I was actually charged 200.89 CAD. Please address this issue.
