Quite good, the process is convenient.

The pickup and return processes were smooth, and the location was easy to find by following the airport signs.

This was my first time renting a car abroad and I am very satisfied.

They provided a new XC60, which was great.

Choosing a large company was definitely the right call. Initially, I was worried about various upsell services like insurance, based on online reviews. We were very cautious and asked many questions when reviewing the contract during pickup, but there were no hidden charges. All terms were clearly stated in the contract, such as a diesel surcharge of 3.57 euros per liter if the tank is not full upon return (which is very expensive, so make sure to return it full). The service was excellent. They held the car for us for half an hour past our scheduled time without charge and calculated the rental period based on our actual arrival time. We were also a few minutes late returning the car, but they didn’t charge us for overtime (which worried us for a long time, very touching indeed).

The vehicle was almost new, only having driven 4000 kilometers. It was a diesel car, and the experience was quite good.

The staff who helped us with the car pickup was super patient and enthusiastic. It was raining in Switzerland on the day we picked up the car, and this guy patiently stood in the rain with us to check the car. Excellent service.

Very good, smooth communication when picking up the car and no insurance upselling. The car provided was relatively new.

changing the car for car malfunctions was unnecessary had the service desks in milano checked the availability as requested, they told me to go to another office and on the way i passed through areas im not sure the car was supposed to pass through, and got stuck in a no car zone, this is such a shame. in the end they sent me to the airport and there it was dealt with in good manner.

The queue at the counter was quite slow, everything else was fine. They are now clear that extra insurance is not needed.

As expected from a large company, the process was professional, the vehicle was relatively new, and the condition of the car was clearly confirmed via email.

The store staff were very patient. Noticing our limited English, they even used a translation app to communicate with us. We just handed over the rental form and insurance documents to them.

Overall service was satisfactory. A pre-authorization of 200 CHF was held and released a week after returning the car. We had reserved a RAV4 but received a new Kia KN, which was also quite comfortable.

Very satisfied. We originally booked a Mercedes A-Class and were worried that our three large suitcases wouldn't fit. However, Hertz upgraded us to a Volvo SUV with ample capacity.
