Green Motion is HORRIBLE. I will never give my business to them ever again. I had 2 car reservations which I need to get reimbursed for since Green Motion cancelled my reservation without informing me. Although I called three times and I called the night before to confirm and spoke with Melissa who failed to mention to me that my reservation will be cancelled. I told her initially when I made my reservation I called the same time to adjust the time since my flight was landing later in the day. I was informed by a young man who assured me that they have 24 hr grace period and I have nothing to worry about. Melissa said the same thing when I called the night prior to confirm. She said we are now more strict on that policy but I’ll make a note on the account. She than hung up on me. I called couple of times and she saw my no in the caller ID and wouldn’t answer. Than I called from my work no and she answered immediately. I told her I had few more questions. She assured me that my reservation would be fine. If they record the conversation I highly suggest to go back and listen to those calls. You’ll know the truth. I asked multiple times confirming with her that I will not run into this problem. I had elderly parents, aunts and uncle, siblings, and my nephew with me. Now think about it would I drag my elderly parents and aunt and uncle and a child after traveling all day if I had known they would do this. NO I WOULD NOT. Anyhow, very very disappointing. They were not even willing to accommodate.
The lady at the front desk was rude and it felt like she didn’t want to be bothered. Also told me there were no cars available. I had to take 9 family members back to the airport and thanks to Budget Rental Car they accommodated me ASAP. Never ever will I do business with them.
Terrible service, they would not answer the telephone, I tried to call them for an hour (and yes at the right number). The first car they offered was a disaster, not safe for the road so I did not accept it. The second car was safe but full of damage and very dirty on the inside. It took me an hour to clean it. They would not let me rent the vehicle without purchasing additional insurance even though the car was fully insured as I did not have a credit card.
Well they only had one person at the counter. Spent 40 minutes waiting to get my car. The tire had a small leak and I had to stop twice a day to fill with air. It was not easy finding the shuttle to Green Motion.

Booking the car was simple. Wish they would have mentioned the toll fees.
When we arrived at the airport we discovered there was no car available to us and we have been given no notice… Not by phone and not by email. After spending an hour and a half trying to find an available car we gave up after multiple wrong numbers and green motion car rental company never bothering to pick up the phone. This is the worst experience I have ever had and would never consider using your service again and will make sure everybody knows what an awful experience this was for us.

Car was fine. However 1) it took over 30 minutes to be picked up (the "Omni" markings on the van were much more apparent than the "Green Motion" markings, which resulted in us almost missing the van), 2) the person at the pick-up counter was unfriendly, unaccomodating, made a big issue of our personal insurance, promoted the Green Motion tollway rip-off policy/pricing way too hard, indicated that the car's gas tank was half-full but input on the rental agreement that it was full, 3) when we returned the car with gas tank half-full as instructed, upon return, the return agent tried to charge us $90 for gas, 4) lastly, at $500 dollars, this was by far the largest deposit I had to pay for a rental car -- and for a rental that was only $160!!!. All that together means I won't be using Green Motion again.
The Green Motion customer service rep tried to push us into agreeing to $90 SunPass purchases, claiming that if we didn't assent, that we'd be privy to hundreds of dollars in fines for unpaid Miami area toll fees.
We recognize that this was likely not this employee's fault (that rather, it was the company policy), but we will not be renting from Green Motion again. Trying to bully customers into such an item just to raise money is unethical, especially when our total toll road expenses for the car rental period were only $6.80 per vehicle (plus the $5 cost of the transponders we purchased at Walgreen's on our own).,

I was promised a midsize car, altima or equivalent but given a carolla.
The car was dinged up a bit a had a musty smell. Also, the maintenance warning was on in the car and it was given to me with an 8th of a tank of gas.. The rental was cheap but so was the overall experience.
Car was in terrible condition. Windshield was so filthy we had to pull over and wipe the inside to decrease the sun glare... Engine noise was horrible, siunded like there was a hole in the muffler, worn tires, or something. Seemed like there was a loud car in my blindspots whenever I was at 56-57 mph... Worst rental driving experience ever.

No we were very disappointed in the quality of the cars offered. They were not clean and in very bad physical
Shape. Bumpers were loose and lots of outside damage. Also there was a limit on miles per day. Will never use this company again!

Windows need to be cleaned. I could not see out of them in the sun. Had to buy cleaner and cloths to clean them. 3 maintenance warnings kept coming up on the dash. Too old to rent out.

They required an insurance proof which I didn't have on me, so I was forced to had a 200$ insurance for a 5 days location. The package for the toll road at 60$ for 5 days is excessive ! The price for additionnal driver is also excessive at 127$ for 5 days, since it is more expensive than the location itself. In summarry, Green motion annonce low rate, but ounce at the counter you need to pay a LOT more. First and last time with Green Motion for me.
Terrible experience as it took more than 2 hours to pick up the car. Only one person on the counter and two customers in front of me in the line. My turn came after 90 minutes. They came up with another addition of $46 to add to our own insurance and which was not listed when we had booked the rental. When we did the drop off we had to wait more than 30 mins for the shuttle. It is supposed to be pickup within 15 mins but the person on the first shuttle did not take us even though he was going to airport but not for our Airlines. He told us the next driver will take us for our airline which makes no sense. The second driver also tried to go the same that next driver will take you for United but we had to tell him we couldn’t wait another 15 mins so please drop us.
I was upgraded, since my car was not available. I was forced to take their insurance. I argued and they dropped part of it, but kept the loss of use insurance, even though I refused it. The car had several scratches and my grandkids found trash in the car.
Return was quick and easy.
I have had terrible experience with Green Motion. I am not sure how you are willing to work with this company. You can call them as long and as many times as you want they never answer.
This trip they were closed when we arrived in Orlando. We had to book another car from Budget at the Airport. We made a booking 3 months back and we cannot get a car from this company. Miserable. At least as a courtesy they should return back the money.
