Relatively satisfied. It's my first time in Europe, so I can't compare it with the work efficiency back home. The staff at the store were a bit slow. It's advisable to allocate more time for preparation. The attendant at the pickup was very nice.
Waited an age to get seen and then the agent stated they did not have the three child booster seats I’d ordered. She was wholly unhelpful and I had to be very forceful and insistent before she reluctantly managed to procure the child seats.
On return the company have fraudulently tried to pin damages on me for defects that existed at the time of pick-up. Fortunately, I took photos before driving off but that hasn’t stopped them withholding my cash for the trumped-up “damage”. Disgraceful and illegal behaviour from what I had previously thought were a reputable organisatio.

Great service. Would use again (but not to book a Europcar vehicle).
Service efficiency is average. Returning the car in the afternoon needs improvement. The car key should be placed in a prominent location at the rental company, not handed over to airport security. After working hours, it was difficult to find the security personnel. I had to ask several people and wait a long time to find where the key was left.
“Unprofessional customer service from Europcar staff member Mihai”
About Keddy by Europcar:7.0/10
Customer service was very poor on collection. Car availability was very poor so was made to wait instead of being provided with a free available upgrade.
It might have been due to a trade show and the European Championship, but I had to wait in line for 40 minutes. Upgrading to a Tiguan Allspace was indeed more suitable given our number of people and luggage, apart from the higher cost, everything was fine. Adding an extra driver costs an additional 100 Euros.
It might have been because of the exhibition and the Euro Cup, but I had to wait in line for 40 minutes. Based on our group size and luggage, upgrading to a Tiguan Allspace was indeed more suitable. Other than the cost, it was perfect. Adding an additional driver cost an extra 100 euros.
The service attitude was good, the only drawback was that they kept urging me to sign quickly, and I didn't have enough time to thoroughly check the vehicle's condition.
