CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON EUROPCAR IN SEATTLE

We rented cars three times during our trip to the US and Canada, and this was the best by far. Our reserved SUV was unavailable, so we were upgraded to an 8-seat minivan. The car was very new and well-equipped. I was initially worried that the car would be too large to handle easily, but it had excellent power and a 360-degree camera, making parking and reversing very convenient. The best part was that even when fully loaded, the trunk space was still huge. I actually thought about buying one when we got back.

Couldn't find Europcar, had to ask for directions.

I reserved this car months in advance. When I picked it up the car was not available. I had a family of 6 with luggage and all that was available was a 5 passenger car. I will not use Europcar again. I need to depend on the reservation that is made. You could have notified me ahead of time as well.

This was the worst rental experience I've had abroad. When I arrived, they told me my reserved car was not available and I had to upgrade to a Camry for an extra $20 per day. After negotiating for over ten minutes, I had no choice but to accept. The ordeal didn't stop there; they forced me to buy various insurances and wouldn't give me the car unless I did. I ended up paying $323.5 in total just to get the car.

Compared to big rental companies, they strictly follow the pickup schedule and don't offer roadside assistance.

The rental service at the company's store is managed by an EZ company counter. I used to think Europcar was pretty good, hence I chose this company. EZ has a lot of negative reviews online, and the staff we dealt with were quite indifferent. I won't rent from Europcar again.

I have no complaints, the car was fabulous and Fox was excellent! The process was smooth and I will be using again.

Convenient and quick

Staff from Fox rentals in Seattle were very accommodating and had great customer service.

The rental company staff initially pressured us to buy additional insurance. However, they were very friendly when we returned the car. Overall, it's acceptable.

rent the the car from fox the agent offered the upgrade but didn’t explain the fee clear enough I ended up paid 325$ on top I already paid qeeq app. very disappointed ☹️

The elderly lady was a bit harsh.

There was only one person serving, and the counter was shared between two companies. The staff spoke heavily accented English, which was really hard to understand. They tried to add several extra charges, and when I was considering whether to take them or not, the staff became impatient and urged me to decide. This severely affected my first-time rental experience. Comparing this with the companies I chose later, E-Z definitely gets a bad review!

There was no queue, the process was quick, and the staff was very friendly.

The front desk staff were discriminatory towards Chinese people. They gave me a hard time when I went to rent a car and overcharged me.

Like: No paperwork. Car was ready to roll after showing ID. Very happy with service and vehicle. No problems at US border.
Dislike: Very satisfied with price and service.

The rental company is decent.

Service was fast and very efficient, and the rental location was easy to find.

The efficiency is nowhere near that in China! Had to wait almost half a day to repair a machine.
