This EUROPCAR company is extremely terrible. On the Zuzuche platform, it indicated that our credit card would be accepted, but when we arrived at the store, they did not acknowledge it and said that Zuzuche platform had nothing to do with them. As a result, they didn't give us the car, refused to cancel the order, and denied a refund, wasting us thousands of yuan.
Originally planned for five people, but only three of us ended up coming. Seeing there were only three of us, they gave us a Renault Megane estate. Great for long drives, very confident handling on highways and curves.

I used OK RENT CAR twice in Portugal, and that's the reason I wanted to book with them in Spain too but I was really disappointed. First I tried to call them and warned them that we might be a bit late due to flights delays, and the lady was not really helpful" Wel you only have one courtesy slot, otherwise you need to cancel", and of course I told her that I don't want to cancel, it was just if they could hold the car in case. Anyway, the second problem was to find the actual pick up guy in the airport. I had to call because no one was there with a sign or something, turns out the van wait up like 10 minutes from the terminal, and he almost didn't see us and drove away without us. We would have no clue if I didn't call. When we arrive ar the car rental agency, there was no greeting and the counter guy was a bit difficult. First with my credit card, when he kept saying "Miss this is not a credit card" and I am like yeah it is. Do you have another one? Look I am renting cars once a month and I have been using this card and never had an issue with it, so please take it. After 5min he finally decided to try. The second thing was when we needed to do the initial check-up of the car, he just gave me the paper with a pen and said: "Ok bring me back this". I found it super strange as normally they come with you and do it with you to make sure everyone is happy with it. "No miss in our company we do not do that". Well, the same company in Portugal does it, to which he replied really pretentiously "well maybe they are not busy with their 3 or 4 bookings a day". I was like, hum the rental agency is pretty empty now ( it was 4 members staff, and only us and another couple trying to rent). When I brought back the sheet, he made me do it once more, because according to him, I put "too many details", what a waste of time!
The car wasn't perfectly clean but at least it was comfy. Anyway, all this to say that if I go back

I was really satisfied with the booking process once again, I had a voucher to use so this booking didn't cost me a lot. Nothing else to say
The staff was late delivering the car, refused to provide a replacement or compensation for the damaged vehicle, and the platform did nothing to effectively coordinate or communicate. They just played blame games with the rental company. Strongly recommend reconsidering using such local Spanish rental companies and opting for global brands instead, as their service is much better.
1. Poor car condition. We rented a Golf, and after just 10 kilometers, the tire pressure warning light came on. Returned to the rental office immediately, but the staff insisted it was our responsibility. Only after arguing did they agree to a replacement with the same model. 2. Hidden charges. After returning home, we discovered an additional 25 Euros charged for an upgrade, even though the replacement was due to the car’s condition! This was the worst experience we've had with any car rental service!

Car Price is good BUT they CHARGE your credit card the deposit of 1500 euro and not put a HOLD on the amount. Thus the currency exchange loss in credit card conversion back n forth ends up USD80 extra. Refuse to take Debit card. So unless you hv credit card in EUR currency, not recommanded to rent from them.
Picked up the car as scheduled, chose a Volkswagen Golf, but ended up with a black sedan Opel full of scratches. Girls wanted a smaller car but they said none were available. Spent over half an hour documenting the damages. Later had to change the car due to a flat tire, got transferred to the train station location where they had more cars. We asked to preview the replacement car and they showed us a picture. However, we ended up with a small Citroen with only 15,000 km, which was different from the picture. The trunk was small and didn't seem as good as the Volkswagen Golf. Language barriers complicated things, but the staff was patient in resolving the issue.
Got the car on schedule, chose a Volkswagen Golf, but received a black sedan, checked and it was an Opel with damage all over. Wanted to switch to a smaller car for a female driver but was told none available. Took over half an hour to document the damages. Later had a flat tire and was transferred to the train station branch with more cars. Asked to upgrade at a cost but was offered a different car after seeing its picture. Ended up with a 15,000 km Citroen, which was different from the picture and had a smaller trunk, not as good as the Golf. Communication issues made it worse, but the staff patiently resolved it.

Booking was paid but they charged me at the counter for service charge anyway. They couldn't release the car without paying them that charge.
When dropping off they were trying to charge me for fuel. I would try to avoid them

Whilst easier driving the overall comfort levels were affected due to a lesser amount of luggage space
We had to pay additional charges for refuelling even though we returned the car with a full tank. They claimed a small chip in the windscreen had to be paid for (400€) despite their rental agreement saying chips of under 20mm did not incur a charge.
