受付、返却と待たずにできた、車も綺麗。だが、アンドロイドスマホに車が対応しておらず、グーグルマップのナビが使えなかった。

最安値でよかった。運転免許証の翻訳証明がただで手に入って便利だった。

The car was great. The lady who served us when we picked up the rental didn’t really explain why we were paying more money. I thought l’d paid everything l needed to. Apparently the extra money was to remove the excess. I wasn’t really given a choice of not doing this. On returning the car the staff member was very helpful and friendly.

They were prompt in let me know what the extra money was for. Give good discounts.

Pricing was higher than expected, 244.97 first charge 23/8 505.30 charged before we picked up car 5/10 535.00 when we picked up car on 8/10 Then a credit came through of 500.00 on 19/10 when car returned Were we overcharged by mistake, please check and report back!

the car itself is great, we got a subaru crosstrek. However they didn't vacuum the car before handing to us, there was animal hair inside from the previous hirer. They also should have informed us of the exit after picking up the car, as we spent some time going around and going to the wrong exit. The drop off process was smooth and quick, no need to go inside the counter again.

Car had SA Rego All radio stations were preset to SA stations, and therefore reception was not clear. It took a while to work ot why reception was poor. Cars shold have local stations pre-set

Booking process wasn't very good first time as I drop the car off at 3am, it started at 7am so I was thinking the gates must be closed, which in the past has stopped me from hiring from ACE, but now I know about the early drop off I will use ACE again

They forced me to pay 1000 dollars as a bond. And I ve told them it is a change in terms and conditions and they told me pay insurance 150 more or 1000 dollars bond or we can't give you car after I came there.
