Found it a very pleasant experience dealing with Alamo. Picked up the car up from Sonia thank you for the customer service. Would highly recommend.

Large internal space small boot space, but vehicle very underpowered

All went smoothly but long delay to get paperwork done and then had to wait for car to be delivered to pickup point. Great car.

All was good and a good price.

The paperwork took an hour. Initially, they said there was no automatic transmission available, then they gave me a diesel Renault. The problem with this big car was that I couldn't drive it out of the parking lot, so I had to come back and exchange it. It was quite a hassle. Even though I had already bought full insurance, they still made me buy insurance. Since I don't understand Spanish, they said it was a deposit that would be refunded. I was with my child, so I signed it. Later, when I asked the rental company, they confirmed I already had full insurance. Just a reminder, do not sign if the amount doesn't match when you pick up the car!

There were no designated Avis parking spots at the Barcelona rental location; the car was parked in a regular garage spot. The rental was upgraded without notice, and we only found out upon collecting the car. Because the parking lot was far from the rental office and difficult to find, we didn't bother to go back and exchange it. A silver Opel parked next to our rental shadowed us, and when we stopped at a service area for less than ten minutes, the entire car was emptied. The car lock and windows were undamaged. We reported everything to the police and found witnesses, but it's hard to say if there was any foul play, and we had to bear the loss ourselves. When returning the car, the Avis staff were also very rude. After the incident, contacting the rental customer service provided only official responses. Overall, very unsatisfied and will not use them again.

Very attentive staff that was very friendly. We left our 2 year old's stroller there and had to come back. They were very accommodating.

Only one person was serving at the counter, leading to longer wait times.

The promised car Mercedes MB class was not available and we were offered Audi Q2 at an additional cost. Since, both fall under intermediate category to the best of my understanding, I would like to know the rationale for additional charge. Otherwise the booking and pickup process was fine. The drop-off was smoother as at the time of pickup, the person was not readily available.

The portal was user friendly and showed options that were not available at other sites. I am happy with the services and would like to book again. One thing that can be done better is the inclusion of filter of vehicle transmission and refinement of existing filters.

C’est tout simplement catastrophique! Le personnel au guichet est d’une insolence et d’un manque de respect envers tous les clients jamais vus. Mauvaise humeur et complètement impolis et malhonnêtes. Je n’ai jamais vécu une expérience aussi désagréable. À éviter absolument!!

Assurance a payé en plus de 360€ alors que 180€ au départ Aucune implication pour parler anglais

Big brand company, very reliable overall!

Their service was terrible so did not rent the car, I had to cancel.

Beaucoup trop c attente plus de 1 heure, de plus sur place une facturation de 200,euro de plus pour une assurance , le personnel ne parlant pas bien français, du mal à se faire comprendre , cette assurance aurai pu être évité c est dommage mais comme toujours le touriste n a pas le choix.

We struggle to get a car confirmed to be large enough to carry our luggage. This is in part due to the requirements of my disabled daughter. Dollar "upgraded" the car, however in truth this was not an upgrade and we struggled with luggage space.

It would be helpful if they make the address more clear as it’s in a industrial estate and difficult to find on google map.

Comment expliqur que je loue une voiture a 38 euros et je paie 117 + 117.51 je ne comprend pas ce que dis le prepose... bref, on me rembourse apres la location 117 euros, ca devait etre une caution?...
