The rental service quality is excellent, no upselling. Since the small car we booked was unavailable, they upgraded us for free. The car was in good condition, full tank on pickup and return, quick drop-off process, and deposit was refunded immediately.

The car was not a Mercedes, it was a wreck.

The service attitude was excellent. I was given a new Skoda Kamio with 16.9km mileage, the car was efficient and fuel-saving! French people have a typical style - they start work late!

Picking up and returning the car was very convenient and only took a few minutes.

The service at the Enterprise branch in Paris airport was excellent, and the pick-up and drop-off process was straightforward and quick.

There were not many people in the morning when we arrived. The staff only briefly promoted the insurance. After learning that we already bought insurance on the QEEQ platform, they didn't push anymore but instead recommended the 65€ option for returning the car with an empty tank. They also mentioned that we could choose to return the car with a full tank.

The rental company had various tricks. They gave me an unknown brand car and said it was the only one available. I had to upgrade to a VW Golf for 10 euros a day. They also charged a 30-euro fee for going to Monaco.

Unjustified charges, contract and invoice do not match

Rented the car from Avis. The car was in average condition, but having CarPlay made it convenient for using maps and listening to music.

Europecar offered me a SERES3 EV. I asked them for another car such as Peugeot, Renault, Citroën, etc, but they said they have only Chinese EV cars or Tesla for extra 100 €. I didn't accept Tesla, and take Seres3. During my drive on the first day, the car had problem with electric system. I went to the Europcar Agency in Montpelier Airport. At the beginning they refused to change the car. I called Europcar Help Center and QEEQ help center but didn't contact to anybody. I resist to change the car and they accept to change the car with MG4. This EV car was OK and I completed my travel without another problems.

Booking platform is working very well but help center is not.

After signing the rental agreement, I encountered a minor issue and couldn't find assistance. The parking lot is quite congested.

The service staff in Paris were nice. However, the car did not have a USB charging port; it seemed to be type-C, so keep that in mind. The car had Google Maps installed, and once you log in with the same account as your phone app, you can send navigation routes directly to the car. The car return process is self-service.

The counter staff was very prompt and friendly. Very pleased with the whole process.

rental counter was soso, the salesperson do not really explain the detail how to check the car or explain that customer must check within 2hrs if there any damage of the car..all in French and counter should explain to the customer but instead trying to sell customer many things.. however, the best staff at the pick up area is Mr. Nabil..he is very good, explain how to use the EV car as this is the first time i use EV car..he spent at least half hour explain how to use. This is customer service..Mr. Nabil should be manage the entire Europa at this division and should at least get bonus and get a good raise for his good attitude and services. Very professional..unlike the staff from the counter which is very poor service.
