I was charged 36€ extra for no reason I am yet to discover, impossible to get them on the phone and rectify the problem

All fine so far

Like: Nice and brand new car. Logic of truck s strange.
Dislike: Child seat is quite overpriced. Getting a car took forever, over an hour, though there was no queue and car was prebooked.

Wait time and customer service upon collection were both the worst we have experienced. Stating collection is "in terminal" is very misleading as you have to use a bus to the collection area. Car was clean and in good condition, exactly what we needed for the trip. Rental was reasonably priced.

Customer service very poor when we check in and when we did the check out everything appeared good, the fuel take was full as we filled the tank before arrived, however we were charged with 12£ a few days later. I would definitely not recommend europcar.

Car was very dirty. Tank not full. Pickup in Rome was rushed. Staff were rude. Long wait. Unable to check car condition properly due to poor lighting and dirty condition of the car. When car was returned they hit me up for damages which may have been pre-existing. Unsure as the damage was camouflaged by the poor and dirty condition of the car. Very stressful experience all round! Charged an exorbitant excess for what looks to be very minor damage. Felt ripped-off!

Booking was great. No probs.

We were quite impressed with the smart4. At interns of performance and space. The Europcar staff on pick up and drop off were very helpful, friendly and professional. Could not fault them. Excellent value for money and would recommend

I booked a 7 seater car as I had 6 people in our party. I was given a long wheel base 9 seater mini bus. As soon as I drove it it was clear that the brakes needed repairing. I went straight back into the office but the representative had gone and closed up. I phoned the next day but no answer and finally got through the following day and returned the vehicle, not for a 7 seater as booked but another large minbus. Where we were staying in Rome this was a real problem as we couldnt get the van on the driveway. Please, if someone books a people carrier can you not give them a large bus which struggles to park or get down very narrow lanes. Thank you

waited about 30 min. to finish the booking. only 2 are at parking. if you want some explanations regarding the car you have to wait or look for them.customer service could improve.

it was ok.

Like: Car gave good mileage...it was equipped with snow chains and reflector jacket in case of any emergencies
Dislike: Car was by default set for Italian language which was little tricky to change back to english..

we got and old 500l Fiat (more than 60.000km and a lot of small damages very poor engine ), not the expected wagon we reserved

The car supplied (Volvo V40, changed after negotiation for a Fiat Tipo station) did not match the category booked / paid for (Renault Kadjar / medium SUV)
