An additional deposit of 200 pounds was requested at pickup, which required lengthy communication with Zuzuche and Enterprise to clarify. The car's navigation system was slightly delayed and not very responsive. The fuel level was only enough for 80 miles at pickup, necessitating a refuel. Returning the car with a similar fuel level was required, which was quite unreasonable. The traffic violation notice was forwarded to Zuzuche 15 days after the incident, and it was not the original fine ticket, lacking specific penalty amounts and payment instructions. It took three days to receive a response after emailing, almost missing the 21-day payment deadline. They also charge 35 pounds per ticket for handling violation notices and claim it's to maintain a team for this due to the high volume of notices.
1. The vehicle provided by Enterprise had not undergone pre-rental maintenance. The fuel tank was not full, the car was not cleaned, the windshield washer fluid was not refilled, and the overall condition of the car was not thoroughly checked. The left front tire visibly had low air pressure, but despite my explicit request, they still rented out the car, claiming there was no warning from the vehicle. This made the entire rental experience anxiety-inducing and presented potential safety hazards.
Additionally, after driving less than 700 kilometers, the vehicle displayed a warning for low engine oil (AB Blue) indicating it would not start after 2400 kilometers. Simultaneously, the tire pressure warning also appeared... In short, this rental experience was nerve-wracking, very stressful, and overall quite unpleasant.
2. I suggest that Zuzuche should clearly require this partner to perform proper vehicle maintenance and safety checks before renting out a car. Customers' safety should be the top priority.

2. I suggest that zhuanzhuche emphasizes to this partner that vehicle maintenance and safety checks must be conducted before renting out a car, prioritizing customer safety as the most important concern.
The service was very good, but the fees were not consistent with what QEEQ informed. They overcharged by more than 100 lira. A deposit of 15,000 lira was taken.
They didn't provide the reserved car, but instead a Citroen wagon of the same class, which was acceptable. Due to significant temperature differences in Europe between morning and evening, I didn't check the air conditioning in detail after arriving on an early flight. Later, it turned out that the air conditioner was not working at all, making the drive extremely sweaty. Tried to contact for a vehicle replacement and file a complaint, but knowing the efficiency in Europe, they ignored it and asked me to return to the pick-up point. By then, I had already driven over a hundred kilometers. By the time I returned the car, the issue was still unresolved. Overall, the experience was okay as a regular QEEQ user. QEEQ also assisted but couldn't control the outcome completely. One thing to note, unlike pre-pandemic times, you must have a Visa card without UnionPay! Remember this, or you will face significant inconvenience across Europe, except in major tourist cities.
The service was fine, and both picking up and returning the car went smoothly. The only reason I didn't give a full star rating is that the car provided was different from the one we reserved. We chose this car because it indicated that a Peugeot 208 could fit three 24-inch suitcases. Although I had doubts, I mentioned specifically that we needed a car that could hold three 24-inch suitcases. The store replied that this car can only seat two people and hold three 24-inch suitcases. So I was somewhat prepared, but they ended up giving us a Hyundai hatchback instead of the Peugeot 208, which was disappointing. If it weren't for the luggage capacity claim, I might not have chosen this package.
