Picking up the car was fairly smooth. Handed over all the required documents, filled out a form, and that was it. However, the card machine didn't work well when charging my credit card. Even though I received a success message on my phone, they said it didn't go through and had to preauthorize my card twice.
The queue was rather long, and the car's damage was not documented. Luckily, I noticed and spent time finding a staff member to record it, otherwise it would have been problematic.

Since it's in the airport's underground parking lot, the area is very small and crowded, leading to longer wait times. However, other rental companies have the same issue. The staff's attitude was great, and the process was quick, so overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Customer service hotline couldn't resolve the issue. Each department shirked responsibility. The WeChat service directed me to the store, the store told me to find the manager, but the manager was always on leave and unreachable.
Like: The staff was extremely friendly at the pick up as well as the drop off. I did not spend over 15 mins (together) in both operations. They helped me quickly with my toddler car seat and gave me a brand new car I enjoyed very much. They have been helpful on all my questions and extremely fast on drop off (literally 2 minutes). I will definitely book them again and through EasyRentCars (I used a welcome discount and great rate on my full insurance).
Booked twice, the first time was inexplicably canceled without notice. When I called, the customer service was very impatient and insisted I received a message, but I definitely didn't. Finally managed to book again, paid, confirmed, and even bought full insurance. However, when I arrived in Rome, the staff said the insurance I purchased was through Zuzuche, not them, and that I would have to pay them if anything happened. So, I ended up paying again in Rome. Felt scammed. There were four other girls with the same issue. Recommend calling to confirm all details before renting!
