Staff were brilliant and handled the corporate disaster of Budget very professionally. No car availability for three hours after getting off a ten hour flight. There had to be around fifty people just waiting around. Just awful, awful, awful.

Fine, booking is a little cludgy as they send you a confirmation email to e log into. But once your in it's OK.
Totally shocked at the number of people in line for Budget car rental. 100's
Waited 1 hour in line and another 45 min at the counter as they did not have a van available for us.
We had 6 people so we had to wait until they found one. (which we had booked)
The pick up was quick and easy and also the drop off. Nice staff.
Budget tried to offer me their full coverage for extra money although i had the AXA full coverage, they shouldn't.

The first vehicle had a puncture in the tire. The replacement vehicle was in good condition, but a little dirty. The usb jack for my cell phone didn’t work so I couldn’t charge my phone in the car.
We were delayed at immigration with an interminable line! By the time we arrived at the Budget office, it was closed. After evaluating the options, I decided to hire a car for 24 hours from Avis; while I was in the Avis office, I heard another customer say that he had a Budget reservation, I asked him about it and he told me that Avis and Budget are the same company, so I was able to pick up the car I had originally reserved from the Avis counter. I was glad I did not spend the extra money on a taxi or additional rental, however a little more information would have gone a long way to relieve the stress and not make us waste another hour looking for solutions, after we had been traveling for more than 24 hours.
Be aware that the car/option you may have selected isn’t always going to be the car you get. In fairness it states “similar” in the advert but had hoped my car choice would have been available.

The booking process was pretty smooth. It would be useful to make it clear there is no system in place to pay automatically for any toll roads you may use.
There was only one member of staff on duty and the booking process takes a while. With customers ahead of use and after a long haul flight another agent would have been welcomed. When it was our turn the agent was very pleasant and professsional.

Waited in line for over two hours when they made an announcement that they didn't have any more cars!
Very frustrating. We were lucky that we had a friend who could pick us up but others were well and truly stuck. We had to go back to the airport the next day and waited in line for an hour and a half and finally got a car.

I called qeeq during this process and they were helpful and it was reassuring that they tried their best to help me. The young lady said she would call me back with info and she did indeed.
The car was dirty inside, it didn't feel nice to drive while it was dirty.
The official who took care of us upon arrival was very unpleasant, we could hardly understand what he was saying and he heard songs in Arabic with a strong volume which made it even more difficult to understand him. An unpleasant experience.
Helpful staff in Austin. In San Antonio no receipt was emailed to me and also I was not told I was being charged for 2 extra hours. There was some time confusion. Other than that, good.

Car drivable but had faults (cruise control and collision warning inoperative and warning lights on). Were not advised of existing damage to bodywork. Car had 90,000 on clock so not a new vehicle. Counter staff and return staff very pleasant and efficient.
Reservei o carro para retirada e devolução no aeroporto MCO, mas a QEEQ, unilateralmente, alterou para o aeroporto de Stanford, me causando enorme transtorno para retirar o veículo lá. Por sorte, a funcionária da locadora era extremamente educada e prestativa e alterou a devolução para MCO sem custo, mas os funcionários da QEEQ nada fizeram, apenas disseram que a QEEQ cobraria pela reserva, eu retirando ou não o veículo.

Car was fine but had a dent in the side which was not mentioned on collection. No go round the car.
Very long queue for collection - not what you need after a day of travelling.
Staff were helpful and efficient but very understaffed- thus the long delay and limited hand over.
