空港にカウンターもなく、車両も空港で受け渡しはできず到着から7時間後に宿まで持ってくる状況。空港で借りられるというのは全く信用できない。

トラブルの際のヘルプデスクは非常に丁寧な対応をしていただき有益だった。ただシェムリアップの新空港で借りられるような表記は改めた方がないと思う。借りられるのであればどこでどのような方法で借り出しできるのかを明示すべき
