Short queues, convenient shuttle bus, smooth rental and usage process, no mandatory charges.

Overall, the process of renting and returning the car was convenient. The car, with 6000 miles on it, was okay. The original exterior had some wear and tear, but no one checked during pickup. Thankfully, I took photos, so when asked if I caused the damage during return, I could show the photos taken at pickup.

Always have to wait at thrifty or dollar coz They have best rates ....

When will the money come back to my account?

There was a very long wait at the rental counter. On top of that Thrifty didn't have the mini-van that we RESERVED ahead of time. What's the point of a reservation then?! They gave us a small SUV that didn't even fit our luggage for a family of 6. Very disappointed.

Need to take better care of their vehicles as the Dodge Challenger we chose to take rather than the Camaro ordered, was in very poor cosmetic condition

Took forever to get my car at LAX. Had to change vehicles a few days into the rental, at which point LAX changed my return time in SF. But when I arrived on schedule to drop off in downtown SF, the office was closed. Apparently LAX didnt know the closing time in SF. Had to go back to SF office 7am the next morning, but Thrifty charged me an extra day and a late fee - $91.33. I followed their instructions and they charge ME money for a THIRFTY MISTAKE. I am still trying to get my refund. Will never use Thrifty again.

Good and quick service at Ayers rock Airport.

QEEQ offered unlimited mileage for out Uluru tour, which is very rare in the market. Their response to my enquiries was really quick. Price is also reasonably affordable.
