The reserved car was old and didn't have CarPlay; I was forced to pay an extra $20 a day to switch to a different car. They also charged me an extra day when I returned the car!

The staff explained the terms in detail, were humorous, and even helped us bundle the most cost-effective 2-day unlimited Toll Road package based on our travel plans. Returning the car was quick, and the $200 deposit was refunded instantly.
