Die Wartezeit ab Mietbeginn dauerte ca. 45 Minuten, da der Wagen nicht bereitgestellt war und erst betankt werden musste. Ärgerlich.

Very smooth and quick pick-up and the car was also in good condition.

Love the concept of a dollar freeze and clear instructions on pick-up and drop-off.

For a small dent of 2 cm they charge me 1300 euros.

It was much nicer than I expected, and certainly much larger. It was an AMG model which I wasn't expecting.

After reading the Budget reviews, I was a bit concerned. I have to say on arrival it was a very pleasant experience with helpful and friendly staff. The car was what we expected in size and fitted our luggage perfectly. I would definitely recommend and will be using again.

Qeeq, not used before but very happy with price and customer service would definitely consider to use again and recommend.

The car, a Hyundai Tuscon SUV, was okay but not very economical and given the high price, not very satisfying. The staff at Europcar were helpful and responsive, but the uplift procedure was unnecessarily long and complicated.

Waiting longer at checkin. No agent. Drop off quick. No chains in car during winter.

Booked a small manual compact a month before our trip, we were told at the check in desk they didn't have a car that size and would we like to upgrade? (additional €45/day) when I protested that the upgrade should be at their costs, I was told we would have to wait until the found a car from another hire company. We were left waiting an hour before getting the car (which had the company's livery on it, so clearly had it all along) When I complained to the manager, he told me they have a shortage of cars and some people have to wait 6 or 7 hours!! This company seems to operate on low sticker price and rely on up-charges and bad service (one of the check in staff spend more time texting on her phone than working) I won't be using them again - you get what you pay for...

Staff to offer changing sat nav to English

Few things that I did not like: - The place does not accept a Venezuelan license despite the license being international - The person that we spoke to did not speak any English but only Italian which made the conversation painful - The staff did not explain to us how tolls work in Italy so we paid a ticket because we did not know how they work

Except for the original car expectation all was good
