車は期待通りの内容であった。Google MAPを使用できるようスマホの固定台がダッシュボードにつけられていたのはありがたかった。良いサービスである。時間に遅れたせいもあるが、スタッフが一人で対応しており、前の客の対応が終わるのを待ったため車両の貸し出しまで 30分くらい待たされた。前の客の手続きが終わり順番が回ってきてからの対応は手際が良かった。対応も親切であった。

値下げプロテクターは機能しなかったが、使いやすかった。レンタカーオフィスのロケーションについては、返却場所も含めてもう少しわかりやすい方がありがたい

Europcar Tashkhent Airport is a SCAM. It is a shame, that QEEQ is recommending such companies.

QEEQ shold not offer companies which trick out customers.

The line up ridiculously long. Only 1 staff member. Over an hour wait to get to the counter. Confusion with key to match car and stall number. I will pay more next time to avoid Avis car rental. Never again. - worst service

オーストラリアで運転に必要な国際免許証を持っていなかったので借りるのを諦めていましたが、免許証の翻訳証明書も無料で付いてくるとのことで、無事借りることが出来ました。この翻訳、自分で手続きすると面倒だし100ドル近くかかるようです。助かりました。

The rental company created a whatsapp group chat for convenience of coordination for pick-up and drop-off of rental car.

It was OK. Car was slightly smaller than what I expected. Off airport wasn’t actually that convenient really.

HOWEVER, there was a huge problem. We booked a Mitsbushi Pajaero as we required a FULL SIZED 4WD with high clearance and 4WD. We received a Mazda CX8 which was large enough but not 4WD meaning that we could NOT go where we wanted and got stuck in the snow several times and us not having a full high high clearance 4WD ruined our trip. The car we were given was not equivalent.

I already know the Dallas car rental center, they are in very good condition and easy to find, but it bothers me a lot is if you already have a reservation and previous payments, ID, license, etc there is always some detail that delays everything, either because they don't have the car there or some other insurance factor that causes a delay, In addition to poor staff attention , it's always the same, it makes me want to look for other options in the market.

The counter staff were helpful but when we arrived it was super busy and waited 30-40 min to pick up.

Prices were great and would use the company sgain.

Next time we book a car rental and pay online, I hope the process is seamless, allowing us to skip the queue entirely and quickly pick up the car without any delays.
