The car model wasn't the one I booked - they said that the model wasn't part of their fleet anymore.

It would be better to actually be able to rent the car model booked on the website instead of something different.
Car was in a very good condition and didn't have any damages. We did have to wait a very long time at the Europcar counter to get our keys. They should have also mentioned that the drop off location had changed.

During my recent car rental experience, I encountered aggressive upselling tactics that were both unprofessional and based on questionable premises.
Firstly, the staff heavily emphasized worst-case scenarios to upsell additional insurance, presenting it as though an accident was almost inevitable as soon as I drove off the lot. This approach felt more like fearmongering than a genuine effort to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Secondly, I was offered a Fuel Purchase Option at an upfront cost of $67, under the claim that it would relieve me of the need to return the car with a full tank of fuel. However, based on average fuel consumption for a typical trip in Hawaii, the estimated cost of fuel would likely be under $50—even if the car was used daily. This option, therefore, seemed overpriced and unnecessary. The sales tactic included exaggerating the inconvenience of refueling in Hawaii, including claims that fuel stations were difficult to access or that foreigners might face additional fees due to credit card charges. The most peculiar assertion was that entering a ZIP code at fuel stations posed a significant obstacle, which seemed far-fetched and misleading.
These aggressive upselling techniques undermined my trust in the service and detracted from an otherwise straightforward rental process. I would encourage a more transparent and customer-focused approach, emphasizing informed choice over pressure tactics.

As always, the process was seamless, with an easy-to-navigate system and excellent communication. I especially appreciated the WhatsApp messages providing timely reminders about my car rental and helpful tips on navigating the area, including recommendations on places to visit.
The inclusion of Google Maps links for both pick-up and return locations was incredibly useful and much appreciated. This small but thoughtful detail made the process even smoother.
Additionally, thank you for the heads-up about potential upselling tactics for insurance and other services at the rental location. Your proactive advice helped me feel prepared and confident during the transaction.

I've used Dollar as well as Budget car rental companies at the International airport in Nassau. Avis has been my best experience to date. The best quality of car by far, zero issues with the car, and the service was extremely quick, smooth, seamless.

This was my first time using QEEQ for booking a vehicle in Nassau. I've previously used Expedia, as well as another booking company. However, QEEQ was my best experience by far. Quick, smooth, easy, and the best price compared to all the others.
This will definitely be my default booking / reservation company from now on.
The car had a few electrical issues.
It would show hazard lights when going over a bump. Sometimes it would start but not want to go anywhere.
When driving in the middle of a lane it would try to pull the car over closer to the line.
East Coast have been informed of this.
The Haval is has uncomfortable driver seating. The headrest angles in too far and gives the driver a sore neck. Not sure we would rent one again.

Not realising you are overseas, I was charged an extra fee. If I had known that I would have used a different credit card.
I am not sure it worked out any cheaper than hiring direct through supplier here in Australia.
DON'T USE GOOGLE MAPS LINK FROM SMS. IT DIDN'T WORK. GAVE ME THE WRONG DIRECTIONS. USE INFORMATION LINK SMS ONLY. CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOTHING WHEN I TOLD THEM.
Horrible expérience avec Budget.
Aucun véhicule de disponible. On ne reconnais pas la réservation. Le conseiller veut démarrer un contrat avec une autre cie. Nous sommes incapable de rejoindre QEEQ pour parler a un agent. Il nous charge plus cher pour la nouvelle réservation. Nous finissons par devoir accepté en l'absence de communication avec QEEQ et la confusion totale dans le dossier. Nous commençons le voyage totalement stressé.

Cela a pris beaucoup de notre temps vacances pour gérer la situation. Et nous n'avons pas encore de remboursement pour une réservation sans véhicule. C'est long et stressant.
